- What needs to change to make the company culture better?I realize customers are important, but so are employees.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Get education. Moving up and creating roles for people because they capped out on salary isn't a realistic way of creating structure for a company. If anything, it makes it chaotic.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I don't work there anymore. I actually have a job where I am getting paid better and my skills are being utilized.
