What needs to change to make the company culture better?I realize customers are important, but so are employees.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Get education. Moving up and creating roles for people because they capped out on salary isn't a realistic way of creating structure for a company. If anything, it makes it chaotic.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I don't work there anymore. I actually have a job where I am getting paid better and my skills are being utilized.
