Communicatin and we always protect each other we are brother keepers we respeact each other ALWAYS
Everyone works hard without messing around,
Everyone is there to work and not mess around.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
TSMC needs to understand that we're limited by personnel counts. If you require us to do multiple urgent assignments that must be done within the hour, and you dont give us enough people to do it, but ALSO we are not allowed to work alone to divide and conquer, then we are limited by personnel count
The coworkers should realize that they are treated unfairly. The Taiwanese workers get better while the US ones face less opportunities.
