The leadership team needs to improve its long-term planning. Currently, the boss seems to operate on a short-term, reactive basis rather than having a comprehensive strategic plan.
Listen the vioce form base working level.
Appreciate employee's hard work and dedication. Trust that employees are doing their work when WFH. Listen to employee's voice.
Work is constantly being humiliated
TSMC needs to understand that we're limited by personnel counts. If you require us to do multiple urgent assignments that must be done within the hour, and you dont give us enough people to do it, but ALSO we are not allowed to work alone to divide and conquer, then we are limited by personnel count
The coworkers should realize that they are treated unfairly. The Taiwanese workers get better while the US ones face less opportunities.
communication and attitude - not errogant
Please streamline the processes, listen to your senior hires that are trying to coordinate everything for you, and take care of your people. We have literal subject experts with 15-20+ years experience getting blocked on their reccommendations because it isnt "believed" they are right.

It's brutal and I guess you've never seen such over-burdened workers elsewhere.
HR and managers need to respect, value and trust employees. Long working hours make it hard to enjoy PTO, because it's difficult to have someone back up your work.
