The healthcare coverage is not only comprehensive, but it doesn't require a deductible before covering services.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There seems to be little interest in setting workers up to succeed and no accountability from managers or the executive team, who seem absent/out of touch

Support clinicians/ staff so we can do our jobs properly. Invest for the long term instead of chasing quarterly metrics. Doing more with less indefinitely is not sustainable, it erodes care quality and professional integrity.

Health care providers are top notch, really care about patients and doing the right thing
We help each other figure out the things we receive no training to do.
Our team has a collaborative approach and for the most part no one is "above" tasks that fall outside their designated role.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My role is pretty autonomous and have a lot of freedom in how I structure my days/dedicate my time.
