We truly work as a team. There is real respect for each individual.

I believe the salaries are equitable to the "real world" salaries outside of academia.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The dedication to growth of the department and staff. Training is always available.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Having a multi-disciplinary process. Departments are encouraged to work together; knowing the skills of new hires makes this easier.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I believe they are building the best university available by hiring the best faculty and staff and drawing the best students. I also believe they care about their staff.
