What do you like best about the leadership team?
Communication between teams manager and lead.
Their willingness to be a mentor
Some of the leaders are quality
Lots of freedom to do what I want, good amount of off-time. The work is also very rewarding and intellectually challenging sometimes, so it's not boring.

The 401k is really promising for my future.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Best team I ever had.
A lot of people work very hard
We mostly communicate online and out of office. We can talk to each other about non-work related things while still remaining very productive in our work.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Because I mostly work at home, I can hang out with my cats and do what I want during the day while working.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Hr team needs more processes to be built
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was actually recruited, so it was fairly easy, but still caused a good deal of stress since it was one of the first serious job offers I had gotten

Work balance, team work and I enjoyed working there.
