A quarterly salary review will help us be in the game. Companies offer more and we're staying behind.
No, I don't feel undervalued
Compensation is great But As It is a fully remote role, We don't have any benefits like health insurance.

Although Turing has an attractive compensation evaluation every six months, the rate at which I have personally performed, and the growing responsibilities and opportunities do make adjustments fall a little too slow or too short. Definitely, a more competitive and cautious improvement to consider.
