NOTHING. FIRE THEM AND GET PEOPLE WHO DO KNOW HONEST HARD WORK!
The manager would get a 10 if she stopped promoting lazyness. The real assistant manager would get a 10 if she wasn't rude 9 out of 10 times. The new assistants need experince and/or not be lazy. As a whole this is an issue.
I littery do everything previous shift was supposed to do. That's all before I can start my own shift duties. I get yelled at sometimes in front of customers for missing something I'm suppossed to do because I AM ALONE ON MY SHIFT! IT'S JUST ME THERE TO DO EVERYTHING.Very rare to have help on shift.
