So so. My promotion given to someone else. The being talked down to by people who DREAM that they are managment when they aren't, I am shift suppervisor. The regulars are awesome. The delivery people nice.

The regulars, they see the real truth.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Two years ago they just asked will you do your work.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
NOTHING. FIRE THEM AND GET PEOPLE WHO DO KNOW HONEST HARD WORK!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The manager would get a 10 if she stopped promoting lazyness. The real assistant manager would get a 10 if she wasn't rude 9 out of 10 times. The new assistants need experince and/or not be lazy. As a whole this is an issue.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I littery do everything previous shift was supposed to do. That's all before I can start my own shift duties. I get yelled at sometimes in front of customers for missing something I'm suppossed to do because I AM ALONE ON MY SHIFT! IT'S JUST ME THERE TO DO EVERYTHING.Very rare to have help on shift.
