My manger sits in the back on their phone all day, barely does inventory. Everything is constantly ofc, has team members constantly doing manger duties- taking cigarette count, driving to get gas prices, ect. Team members constantly call out (At least 2 people per week) so its longer hrs for others
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are nice people, caring.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Their job. Super unprofessional in general (Slurs, Cussing, ect..)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I pull in about 45 hours a week, because I have to constantly pick up shifts for people that call out. I dont want compensation- i want to work with a team that does their jobs and shows up
