What makes you most happy at work?Working for a company that is conscientious and that is making a positive difference in everything we do. Knowing that I also influence others positively through the work that I do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The opportunity to share knowledge and learnings, and opportunities to socialise. The networking and meeting others.
What do you like best about the leadership team?Most of them are approachable and helpful. They have a clear vision, aligned to that of the CEO, which provides a clear sense of direction.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Developing EQ, self-awareness, and the ability to move beyond their fear of not being in control. Stop allowing themselves to feel threatened and insecure by the competencies of others
What needs to change to make the company culture better?That favouritism be eliminated and opportunities for promotion are equal.
