James Dobbins — Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Turning Point

Mr. James W. Dobbins has been Senior Vice President , Corporate Secretary and General Counsel at Turning Point Brands, Inc. (formerly North Atlantic Holding Co. Inc.) since June 1999. Mr. Dobbins has been Senior Vice President and General Counsel of North Atlantic Trading Company, Inc., a subsidiary of North Atlantic Holding Company, Inc. since June 1999 and has been its Secretary since April 2002. He serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of North Atlantic Cigarette Company, Inc. and North Atlantic Operating Company, Inc., the subsidiaries of North Atlantic Holding Company, Inc. He serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Stoker. He serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Fred Stoker & Sons, Inc. Mr. Dobbins also serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of RBJ Sales, Inc. He served as Vice President of North Atlantic Holding Co. Inc. since January 2004. Prior to joining North Atlantic Holding Company, Inc., he was in private practice in North Carolina and held various positions in the legal department of Liggett Group Inc., a major cigarette manufacturer, including, at the time he left that company, Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. He had been an outside litigation attorney with Webster & Sheffield, a New York law firm, representing a variety of clients including Liggett Group Inc. Prior to Webster & Sheffield, Mr. Dobbins served as a law clerk to the Honorable J. Daniel Mahoney, United States Circuit Judge for the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
