Nothing at all, because because they weren't truthful
Review from Operations Dept
Met with a broad selection of people/roles
it is a lot but it weeds out people who wont be able to adapt to the fast pace of our company!
Review from Sales Dept
The team I would be working with was welcoming and friendly and informative
The hot back to me in a timely manner
The interview process was way different when I joined the team. It has become much more difficult.
Review from Sales Dept
Having to prepare a strategy and present it
Review from Operations Dept
The tests were not that tough, they called me quickly for a total of 3 interviews.
Review from Operations Dept
The mixture of phone and in person interviews.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Interviewing and speaking with different people throughout the company.
Learning about the company and how they make the industry better.
Review from Sales Dept
The personal touch. I met with the VP and Co-Founders. That made a big impression on me.
Review from Sales Dept
I was able to meet others outside of the main dept that I was hired for.
It seemed pretty casual/conversational instead of question after question.
The team members I interviewed with were great. I felt like they cared about me and really wanted me to join the team.
Very thorough and got to interview and get to know the stakeholders that I'd be working with.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Getting the opportunity to meet several of the team members I would directly be working with. That gave me the insight I needed to feel comfortable accepting this position.
Interview process was easy, becasue they only go after the applicants with the lowest salary expectations. The recruiter did not fully disclose the job until after the offer letter was signed.
Review from Operations Dept
I think too much emphasis is placed on PI and not enough on the recruitment channels. I think we need to simply the job roles and segment out some of the more functional responsibilities and create new roles as a result. This can provide a better pathway to promotions and development.
