What are some of the best things about your team?Teams are small, so it really matters who is brought on. Teams of 3-6
What did you like most about the interview process?Nothing at all, because because they weren't truthful

What would you improve about your company's interview process?Interview process was easy, becasue they only go after the applicants with the lowest salary expectations. The recruiter did not fully disclose the job until after the offer letter was signed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Field Operations/Property Managersmake the same hourly rate regardless of the the amount of homes they manage. Markets with 4 employees and 100 properties make the same as 4 people 150 properties etc.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?There is no communication. The management team is no team. They lie to each other, they lie to guests and their employees and the owners. They dont sanitize the homes as promised. They don't perform the management duties expected and agreed upon in the contract. They yell and and never return calls.
