What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Students are very thankful for the service.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Tutor.com is a tutoring service that is offered online, over the computer. There is no interaction really with others who work with Tutor.com. The only person you might interact with is your mentor. This is the person who essentially evaluates the quality of your tutoring.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The interview was great. I don't have any complaints about the interview process. To me, the more difficult part begins after you are hired. Once hired, you have only 30 days to begin online tutoring. Where is the training? Any "training" is unpaid and on your own.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I've noticed something about jobs... The lower paying a job is, the more that's expected. Working as a tutor for Tutor.com is a contracted position. Tutors are not direct employees. $10 per hour turns into maybe $7 after taxes. That is extremely low pay. Extremely low for educated people.
