That I can work from home.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We don't actually work together. I only interact with my mentor. It's an online company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are not invasive. They let you work according to your own schedule and only contact you when necessary.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are no benefits as a part time employee, but I think the rate is competitive since we work at home and really have no costs like commuting and meals.
