  • Good. I am able to enjoy life and work comfortably

  • ByteCubed believes in good work/life balance because it increases productivity, lower absenteeism, an a happier, less stressed workforce.

  • Employees pretty much make their own schedules with no "set time" to be in office so the work-life balance is great as long as you get your required hours for that time period.
