How's the work life balance at U.Group?
Good. I am able to enjoy life and work comfortably
ByteCubed believes in good work/life balance because it increases productivity, lower absenteeism, an a happier, less stressed workforce.
Employees pretty much make their own schedules with no "set time" to be in office so the work-life balance is great as long as you get your required hours for that time period.
What's the office vibe like at U.Group?
For me I would say calm.

It's a chill open office environment with a west coast vibe - Foosball table, corn hole, ping pong table, PS4, and an ongoing puzzle to complete.

I work with a very good team. No issues since starting working here a few months ago.

He's taken positively. I personally have interacted with him and he seems nice

How's the vacation policy at U.Group?
15 days annual with 10 federal holidays
It's not as good comparatively. We're only granted 15 days of PTO, no sick days and only allowed to carry over 56 hours.
