What do you like best about the leadership team?
transparency, open door policy, invested in growth
effective and very innovative. communication is important and I feel as if Bytecubed is doing an amazing job

Hiring ethical and compotent leaders who would pass a background check.
Communication. Let the employees know any changes that affect their day to day work; additional responsibilities, etc
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate the fact that I can get my certification fees reinbursed

My basic salary is good

What are some of the best things about your team?
the engineering team has a really high collective IQ
We communicate effectively and work hard. We push each other to learn and grow our skill set. If you have free time sit with someone from a anther team and they are always there to help.
They leave me alone when I need to. Work as a team when required

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the open work place and the way its set up. It can be quite in zones and its fast paced in others. They have structured it correctly
Work life balance is valued and my team is very supportive of growth and learning.
I work at the client's site and not at the company headquarters. The client environment can be demanding sometimes but mostly good
Fun hardworking environment. We work hard, but we play hard also.

What makes you most happy at work?
I LOVEEEE MY JOB AT BYTECUBED. Everyone feels like family its definitely not a traditional job experience
The culture, my team and the work life balance allows for me to grow my skills and enjoy life.
I can be creative and encouraged to do so.

The customer is not happy with specific assignment turnover and wonders what the company is or is not doing to keep the employees happy and
