Trust in employees. Leadership lacks trust in the employees.

We have many new supervisors who lack experience leading teams.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Retirement benefits. We have both a 401k that is matched and a pension.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My position changed due to reorganization and responsibility has dropped and I feel less imprtance in the organizaitn than I had a year ago.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The satellite office has people who enjoy being together. We have a good work life balance and support one another well although we are from different organizations in the company.
