I love driving for usx and I love my fleet manager. I just wish that they would pay us more or have more benefits

Most the time they look out for the drivers and help us
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just feel as though if your hundreds or even thousand miles away from home for months at a time we should be paid a lot more than we do. This job is dangerous and there a lot more to it than just driving
