Direct managers are really good
Open door policy. They are available and speak a solid game and know how to dangle the carrot. It creates excitement but then a few months later when nothing has changed it a repetitive process.

Pay is not in line with comparible positions
Better and more affordable Benefits. 500$ a paycheck for family insurance is a joke with the deductible and copays. Larger bonuses since the raises do not usually get you above the inflation rate
I just feel as though if your hundreds or even thousand miles away from home for months at a time we should be paid a lot more than we do. This job is dangerous and there a lot more to it than just driving

Its pretty family oriented And everyone expects everyone else to be open, honest and direct about what they need and and think and people listen when they get that feedback.
