Friendly and actually team players
Colleagues are amazing, cross functional teams are great to work with
In my department, we have a friendly relationship and help each other. We work as a team and decide together. That said, I know that in other teams, things are not nearly as good.
High level people, good at their job and experienced. I 'd say the best thing is that there's effective communication and help between us in most cases.
