They are transparent and personable
Most of the leadership is supportive and gets it. They understand the need to take care of their people.
They need to be fair when it comes to opportunities. I have witnessed a few times, roles being given to "friends" without even typically doing a process between applicants. The HR does absolutely nothing about all this. On the contrary, I think they take advantage of the situation for themselves.
