What did you like most about the interview process? They were friendly during the interview process
What makes you most happy at work? The team I work with
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The people are so warm and friendly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? They are bringing in other reps at higher salaries than they pay loyal employees. Belgium doesn't understand the need for a pay raise in the US.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? No stock options or units for individuals working in the field unless your in a specific TA
What does the leadership team need to get better at?They need to be fair when it comes to opportunities. I have witnessed a few times, roles being given to "friends" without even typically doing a process between applicants. The HR does absolutely nothing about all this. On the contrary, I think they take advantage of the situation for themselves.
