Luckily a majority of the clients love us and the company has a great reputation. Over the years some have ruined relationships and made empty promises. So that is an unfortune part.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Though our insurance is paid for we have no additional benefits. There is no stock options or 401k. We get a decent amount of PTO but the amount of work needed to be successful cuts into the PTO time. Other companies have much higher base salaries with similar commission tiers.
