Prior to joining Ultimate Software, Ms. Kaminsky held various positions with General Electric (GE) from April 1997 through August 1999, including Manager of Communications and Community Relations for GE Information Services. Ms. Kaminsky is passionate about HCM market strategy and the role of marketing in building brand awareness, reputation management, customer relationships, demand generation, marketing automation and technology, digital marketing, search engine optimization, and event marketing.
