- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Working hours should be fixed. Weekly off should be given to employees every week ! Performance should be evaluated honestly. Reduce office politics. Recruitment should be based on skills of person not just his past personal relationships with seniors.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Performance ratings are never given on the basis of work. It always depends on personal relationship with manager.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Work ethics should be improved.
