What makes you most happy at work?
Sadly not very much anymore. Used to LOVE work.
I am proud and thankful to be affiliated with the brand and legacy of UMMC. We have our own helicopter team. We are the state's only academic medical center, and we have the only children's hospital (which we are working to expand I might add)!
Working with team members to problem-solve and innovate.
Researching and getting good experimental results

I've found 99.9% of the people I work with want to be here. We are dedicated to an amazing and rewarding mission - working to save lives! We are Mississippi's only Academic Medical Center including the State's only Children's Hospital.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management having everyone work together as a team and being on the same page
Facilities improvement and increasing salary
We get paid less than most fast food workers and are expected to never take a break or forget something.
