What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Patients seem happy with their care.
The culture promotes education, healthcare and research. Also patient safety is taken very seriously. Perhaps what resonates with me most is the sense of appreciation I feel from my managers during Employee Appreciation Week and throughout the year.

There is an openness to quality and willingness to work towards being the best in education, research and patient care. Everyone has an open-line to the Vice Chancellor's Office. People who are not aligned with the mission and work ethic of the organization don't last long. People want to be here!
