it has been very negative with a lot of issues of people being recruited on the basis of clans, supervisors adopting divide and rule due to their own insecurities about the positions they hold. instead of working towards creating harmonious environement they work to create mistrust

having a panel so that views can be debated

less backbiting, less scape goating, more leaders who are actually inteterested in providing real leadership

lots of backbiting, leaders who use divide and rule to control teams instead of creating a good environment that encourages teamwork
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
back biting and divide and rule does not make for a good office environment. honest sincere attitudes and a willingness to work a team would be helpful
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to get better at working with facts not and not just looking at the surface to diagnose problems in teams but to seek to understand and to listen. They need to rise above pettiness and games and focus on the work not power trips.
