less backbiting, less scape goating, more leaders who are actually inteterested in providing real leadership
lots of backbiting, leaders who use divide and rule to control teams instead of creating a good environment that encourages teamwork
back biting and divide and rule does not make for a good office environment. honest sincere attitudes and a willingness to work a team would be helpful
They need to get better at working with facts not and not just looking at the surface to diagnose problems in teams but to seek to understand and to listen. They need to rise above pettiness and games and focus on the work not power trips.
