Working with one spirit we lean more in working as à tea

Teamwork creates a strong bond and a team that enjoys working together. If you are able to trust a coworker, it provides a feeling of safety that enables teammates to open up and encourage each other.

Goals are given realistic time frames and things get done.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

back biting and divide and rule does not make for a good office environment. honest sincere attitudes and a willingness to work a team would be helpful
