Great leaders connect with their team members by sharing the same purpose and goal. They motivate and inspire employees by making them feel like they are part of something bigger than themselves, and that everyone is on this journey together.

They need to get better at working with facts not and not just looking at the surface to diagnose problems in teams but to seek to understand and to listen. They need to rise above pettiness and games and focus on the work not power trips.
