The commission structure is fair and attainable.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Hire employees you trust so your job is not simply to monitor their activity level in accordance to the inane metrics set up.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

there is no sense of working together and there is a huge divide between the blue collar and white collar workers who are housed together.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Stop monitoring activity of salespeople via technology when all that produces is an environment of people filling in minutia to look busy instead of actual work.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Hire people you trust so they can go out and sell instead of making sure they are adding something in their device every fifteen minutes and showing physical movement-how about sales people that understand you have to sell to make money so during working hours -THEY WILL SELL- now you have trons.
