What makes you most happy at work?Knowing that the people I currently work with are not the typical type of hires that the company likes to promote because they tend to be themselves and not uptight. Being able to talk freely with my coworkers and supervisor without fear of being reprimanded.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?They are trying to be more modern with snack machines and free lunch
What did you like most about the interview process?Externally was a quick an easy process that gave feedback and notice of hire within 2 weeks. Applying internally is usually a quick process but will unfortunately come with HR gossip.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Keeping up with current company trends and styles. Adapting to fit with the newer generation of hires. Listening and working with the majority of employees recommendations, instead of telling them to find a new place to work.
