great place to work but the pay rate is very low. Do't go buy the web sites telling you what the pay rate is, it's much lower. They pay per job not by experience.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay rate is very low compared to other hospitals. I feel that I should be paid for my 25 year experience that I use every day at my job, but they are hiring another person at the same rate that I am making with no experience.
