Fit for purpose , insutry focused

I'm a very new starter, so my experience is very limited at best. So far, my colleagues have been very helpful and inspiring as our team is rapidly growing. I look forward to being able to make plenty of valuable contributions.

Was much better before it is becoming a very " fake" company only pretending to be a good company but without any care towards employees . People, good people are leaving because they are not well treated, paid . It is a software company with a cloud product but not a cloud company,

Fair not discriminating salaries among gender and countries

Salary is not competitive (the market is paying better). Incentivisation is bound to company targets rather than personal targets. The management is trying to set compensation channels for the employees based on their specific role instead of evaluating their individual contribution.
