What do you like best about the leadership team?
Collaborative and deicates, focused and imnovative
I have yet to meet everyone in person. but so far everyone has been exceptionally welcoming. But, in the limited time that I have been with the company, I have certainly been made to feel that my opinion matters, and that's important to me.
Our leadership team puts people first.
We dont have the right leaders for the company

They are very ambitious in comparison to past years instead of focusing on where we can cut cost they focus on where we can grow value for customers. Which Still end up improving revenue and profit but it’s way
