This company always tries to cut cost here and there
Fair not discriminating salaries among gender and countries
Salary is not competitive (the market is paying better). Incentivisation is bound to company targets rather than personal targets. The management is trying to set compensation channels for the employees based on their specific role instead of evaluating their individual contribution.

Ome of the company's statements is People first. Those owners and executive team should know that employees are people too.
