What do you like best about the leadership team?
Collaborative and deicates, focused and imnovative
I have yet to meet everyone in person. but so far everyone has been exceptionally welcoming. But, in the limited time that I have been with the company, I have certainly been made to feel that my opinion matters, and that's important to me.
Our leadership team puts people first.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Little work with very good salary. I can't expect much.
I have not yet completed my probationary period, but I will be looking forward to the flexible benefits scheme.
I like the unlimited paid time off

We believe in our software and it's ability to help our customer

They were interested in my career as well as what I can do for them
Relatively the same as any other place.
The interviewers weren't trying to trip me up, and instead allowed room for growth. The atmosphere was very positive and my colleagues were really trying to discover how much value I had to contribute and how well we would get along as people.

When I can pass my knowledge on to teammates
