Pay for what I do
The company contributes to my overall health and benefits package and the plan options work best for the single or family.
External auditor, Human resources, external auditor
Medical benefits are expensive. Metrics are one sided. Consistently pile on the workload but don't add resources or support. Asked to work overtime without recording time and no additional compensation. The reward is more work for same pay and being penguin holed to stay in that role.
I know that if i quit, my replacement would make close to double what I did. They would not be able to fill the position at my salary.
