What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Nichole on the leadership is a gem. I think all around the company really took out the human element of what we do and has lost focus on 'patient first' language they use.

The strength of our Vision and Mission statement because these have defined our organizations values

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Improved human resources department please

Leadership. Change leadership. Same people in different roles isn't good enough. SHOW employees how you are going to support and value them. Words no longer carry any weight.

Quit telling us that you value the employees when your behavior says otherwise. So many long-term valuable staff have recently left or are leaving. Morale is very low.
