Leadership has a lot to lern. The biggest issues with leadership is transparent communication and accountability. I cant tell you how many tomes i was thrown under the bus. The leadership team in general needs to grow up.
They need to stop having favorites that get all the pay raises and the ones that just want to work and do a good job do not get pay raises.
Training, education, intr education, background vhecks
Be willing to do what's right rather than what is easiest or most familiar. Quit burying their head in the sand and take the necessary steps to bring the company current with industry standards. Genuinely work on improving morale by showing mutual respect.
Implementing solutions. Understanding operations - people often have to educate up the chain, even about the basics of the business.
External auditor, Human resources, external auditor
Medical benefits are expensive. Metrics are one sided. Consistently pile on the workload but don't add resources or support. Asked to work overtime without recording time and no additional compensation. The reward is more work for same pay and being penguin holed to stay in that role.
I know that if i quit, my replacement would make close to double what I did. They would not be able to fill the position at my salary.
Lots of unproductive meetings where we just go over the part that should have been an email, and not the actual action items needed to move forward. Also lots of micromanaging here.
College education, internal trainings, God help
Our team has a lot of meetings that do not resolve issues. The management team is typically very confused and not helpful. Most of the key go-to employees are in the level right below management.
They don't take the information given to them an apply it to their jobs. We talk about ways to improve but we never implement the ideas.
Improved human resources department please
Leadership. Change leadership. Same people in different roles isn't good enough. SHOW employees how you are going to support and value them. Words no longer carry any weight.
Quit telling us that you value the employees when your behavior says otherwise. So many long-term valuable staff have recently left or are leaving. Morale is very low.

they keep hiring non-experienced people
The sink or swim environment has taken its toll. Solutions are offered but declined because it's to difficult to change a process. Integrity is lost because of this. Company is way behind technologically and even further behind in office/remote environment.
The accounting dept does not seem to have any grasp of the company's profitability. The invoicing and forecasting are pushed out to the Operations teams.
