What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The children are the best part about this job and other co workers, like the teachers and paraproffesionals that worked there as well. We had a supervisor that left after 6 months, another employee slipped and fell and hasn't returned in months, plus we had a long term employee retire. No one stays
What do you like best about your company?Supportive boss; fun, gifted colleagues
What do you like best about the leadership team?Everyone is there for you
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Everyone should be doing the same amount of work and when more that 2 people have said something about a co worker not working their share of the work, it never changes! I have been the only one to vocalize this, which got turned around on me (gaslighted) left work crying, worked that Friday, quit.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? They tell everyone that because they are a non profit organization they cannot pay a liveable wage or even compare pay from the same work at different companies. I felt used and gaslighted for complaining about working there 5 years with barely a dollar more an hour. Everyone here doesn't stay long!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Communication, fixing problems in the work place, not piling on more and more work without paying more for it, hours kept changing.
