United States Air Force Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Healthcare packages are affordable and coverage is great

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I do not get the same opportunities as my white coworkers. No recognition no matter how hard I work. It's very discouraging. I would like to be treated fairly, and given the same opportunities given to my co-workers.

I've worked here for over 5 years and I dont think management knows what I actually do. My job isnt very technical, but they seem to not understand some of the most basic stuff I do. Then there are times, after they get yelled at about not doing something, they come to me like they think they know.

The most dangerous but underpaid position in the world.
