Leadership
It seems that the Leadership is a bunch of people who did favors for each other to move up the chain. I have yet met a member of Management who actually works hard. Some Members of Management were associates when I first met them, and even then they did nothing.
Knowing their staff
Healthcare packages are affordable and coverage is great
I do not get the same opportunities as my white coworkers. No recognition no matter how hard I work. It's very discouraging. I would like to be treated fairly, and given the same opportunities given to my co-workers.
I've worked here for over 5 years and I dont think management knows what I actually do. My job isnt very technical, but they seem to not understand some of the most basic stuff I do. Then there are times, after they get yelled at about not doing something, they come to me like they think they know.

Diverse, intelligent, respectful, and hard working
Everyone works great together.

Open communication through the chain of command, equal respect for all members

Boost the camaraderie
The welcome atmosphere and expectation
Positions are pre-determined and the who system is not fair.
Helping others and see that their needs are met. Also, training others.
The great team I work with
Leveraging technology to all process while measuring effectiveness.
Diversification
Shift from attendance focus to results focus in work expectations.
