We all share the same mission and we learned from each other

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think I'm paid pretty well for the fact that I'm doing something I love and that's rare
The medical insurance package is incomparable to any other I have ever had.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Acknowledge my work and pay me more for doing the work of three people
Just Wanted A Little More Than What I Get Now.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We learned from each other and we all just kind of support each other as much as we can
Regardless of diverse workplace, the team focuses on what makes us all human and that allows us to impact thousands of people in legitimate need
We Never Fuss Or Fight Or Argue We Work Together We Believe in TEAMWORK
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They are all lazy incompetent morons
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being an environment where people are doing the same thing and we can bounce ideas off each other
Everyone has the altruistic mindset of the importance of being a giver
Postive . Some Days Are Ruff But We Still Manage To Get Thru
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Reasonable expectations. Managers need to actually do something instead of just giving orders.
What did you like most about the interview process?
there was a panel of representatives from each department and all wanted to know exactly my team contribution if hired

The fact that I have lived experience that brings a sense of compassion and empathy to my work that I wouldn't get anywhere else and I feel like I'm doing exactly what I'm supposed to be doing
Knowing I will not likely deal with negativity from coworkers makes it easy to love my profession.
