My experience is go to work dreading what terrible ideas and who they gonna cut because of the pounds per man hour, but yet keep hiring new executive positions more bosses over bosses but constantly cutting working people and destroying families
What did you like most about the interview process?
Then it Van waters and Rogers , univar does not have anything with my experience then , which is when the company was great and they showed they care
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Its not gonna change because they don't ask the workers who physically do the work , how to improve , you have people giving orders that has no experience in what we do and what it takes to do so......
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Univar has shown in my almost 22 years not caring about there employees you are just number if you anything less than management , they have more presidents , ceos , and cutting employees in warehouse and driver positions , putting excessive work that's undoable and skeleton crews ....?
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This company is ran by investors and everything is a number , use to be a great place to work before univar came along , and the moral went down , attitudes change , and devalued there employees that actually do the work that pa y them there big salary , they stripped us of bonuses , safety awards
