What do you like best about the leadership team?
Ver reasonable and willing to help
I greatly respect any leader who can easily step in and do what their employees do. It means so much seeing leadership doing the same jobs as their employees and not coming across as pompous or as if the job is beneath them.
Smart and pushes for innovation
Clear communication. Very easy to get hold of.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health ensurance and pto
I enjoy the perks we receive in the parks. It makes a day out with the family easier to enjoy.
The insurance coverage available. Pay is good too.

What are some of the best things about your team?
They are great very good team
They are incredibly supportive and helpful. I never feel like I'm bothering anyone if I have a question. We always help one another and work incredibly well together.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I do believe that Universal cares about their employees in a way other companies of the same size or larger do not. The culture is less stressed, even during the busiest of times.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I felt very comfortable going to my recruiter with questions or concerns. Even once I was hired into the role, I was able to speak with my recruiter about my next steps. The communication was clear and open throughout the whole process.
