What are some of the best things about your team?

The willingness to support one another, knowing we all are in the same boat rowing the ship for the executives to make their millions.

They are great very good team

They are incredibly supportive and helpful. I never feel like I'm bothering anyone if I have a question. We always help one another and work incredibly well together.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

The lack of team work and proper delegation from leadership has caused friction between hard workers doing more and workers who do the bare minimum.
