What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The most positive would be the good coworkers you find while working there who make day to day operation more enjoyable.

I woild have to say the way certain managers and supervisors treat their teams. If all managers and executives acted like my manager, it would be amazing.

I do believe that Universal cares about their employees in a way other companies of the same size or larger do not. The culture is less stressed, even during the busiest of times.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
