What can this brand most improve?

consumer service relations is extremely poor. I should not have to call for over 8 weeks to try and get a refund for a reservation that had to be changed.

My experience has been mixed. mostly good. Great co-workers and supervisors. opportunity to grow and develop. Working conditions. can be sometimes challenging.
